Library and Research Facilities

Scholars and research workers are provided with facilities to pursue their studies at Sringeri and other centers maintained by the mutt and are provided with scholarship.

The Mutt has libraries at Sringeri consisting of ancient work as well as the present published version. The mutt also maintains various books and research publications for the students, the teachers, and the scholars as well as for the use of the researchers.  Libraries are also maintained at Bangalore, Kaladi and in places of patashala and educational institution.

The Mutt along with Rotary club of Bangalore running Shankara Children Library containing books for the children education, reference and vocational activity. The library also has Internet facility as references to the children members

The institution has also carries on the activity of propagation of Shankara Philosophy, Ancient Literature, Research and Seminar articles, Yoga, Ayurveda, Sanskrit, Spiritual and Moral Education.
