The annual Shakti Ganapati Mahapradosha was celebrated this year on 14th November at the shrine of Sri Shakti Ganapati in the temple of Goddess Sharada at Sringeri with the blessings of the Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji.

Kalabhairava Ashtami was celebrated reverentially on December 9th 2009.
