Sri Rama Navami was celebrated at Sringeri on the 28th of March. The day’s proceedings commenced with Their Holinesses crossing over to the northern banks of the Tunga for Aalaya Darshan, including the Mangala Arati at the Sri Kothandarama Swami temple.

65th Vardhanti Mahotsava of Sri Sri Mahasannidhanam March 27, 2015

The 65th Vardhanti of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam was celebrated at Sringeri in a glorious manner. The Mahotsava included special Pujas, Yagas/ Homas performed for the welfare of humanity, cultural offering by eminent musicians and a reverential Guru Vandana by devotees in honour of Sri Sri Mahasannidhanam.
157th Jayanti and 103rd Aradhana of 33rd Acharya March 22, 2015

On 16th March 2015, the Jayanti of the 33rd Acharya of the Peetham, Jagadguru Sri Sacchidananda Shivabhinava Nrisimha Bharati Mahaswamiji was observed. After Shata Rudrabhisheka at the Adhishthanam of the Acharya in Narasimha Vanam, Mahamangalarati was performed at noon in the presence of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam and Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Sannidhanam.

Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam and His successor-designate, Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Sannidhanam graced the Tirthamuthur Math near Tirthahalli on 18th March 2015. After being received with reverence and devotion by the devotees, Sri Sri Mahasannidhanam performed Puja and Punah Prathishta of Lord Yoga Narasimha and Lord Hanuman.
