With the blessings of the Jagadguru, Makara (Thai-masam) Sukravara Utsava is being celebrated in the Math premises with devotional fervour. The third Shukravara falls on February 04, 2011. In the evening, at 7 PM, a Pushabhisheka Seva for Goddess Sharadamba has been arranged for.

Pratishtha Dinam celebrations at West Mambalam Sringeri Math February 8, 2011

Every year, Varshika Mahotsavam celebrations are conducted at the shrines of Sri Ratnagarbha Ganapathy, Sri Saradambal and Sri Navaneethakrishna at the Branch Math premises on the star on which the Kumbhabhishekam of the shrines was performed by His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Bharati Theertha Mahaswamiji in the year 1982.

60th Year of the Jagadguru – celebrations at Mumbai Sringeri Shankara Math January 31, 2011

In continuation of the 60th year celebrations of the Jagadguru, Ayushya Homam and Nakshatra Homam was performed in Sri Sringeri Math, Chembur, Mumbai on Monday, the 17th January 2011.
On Monday, the 14th February 2010, Lalita Homam will be performed.

Kutthu Vilakku Puja and Makara (Thai) Shukra Vara Utsava at West Mambalam Sringeri Math January 27, 2011

With the blessings of the Jagadguru, Thai Sukravara Utsava is being celebrated in the Math premises in a grand manner. The second Thai Shukravara (Friday) falls on January 28, 2011. In the evening, at 7 PM, a Kuttu Vilakku Puja to be performed by Suvasinis has been arranged for. Suvasinis interested in participating in the Puja could approach the Branch Math office for further details. The Puja will be over by 8.30 PM followed by distribution of Prasadams.

Jagadguru blesses Go-Rakshan scheme at Pune January 24, 2011

Jagadguru, during the Vijaya Yatra, made an unscheduled visit to address the villagers, who take care of around 400 aged cows rescued from the abattoir, appreciated their efforts and offered a purse of Rs 10,000 as a token of appreciation and to create a corpus fund for the movement.
