Your contribution to “Sringeri Sharada Bharathi Trust” is exempted from Payment of Income-Tax under Section 80(G) of Income-Tax Act 1961.

The donation made to the Trust within India is exempted from Payment of Income-Tax under Section 80(G) of Income-Tax Act 1961 from 01.04.2007 to 31.03.2010 vide letter DIT (E) No. 2(53)/2000*01 dt. 27.03.07 of the Director of Income Tax (Exemptions), Chennai-34; Devotees from abroad interested to participate in the activities of the Trust, can make contribution in Foreign Currency either directly to Indian Overseas Bank, Rangarajapuram Branch, South India, Chennai-600024 under the head of account (IFS CODE) -IOBA0001313; CBS CODE – 1313; SB A/C NO. 131301000010670 ; A/C NAME: SRINGERI SHARADA BHARATHI TRUST “ or by cheque drawn in favour of “SRINGERI SHARADA BHARATHI TRUST”.. Since the Trust has accorded permission (Regn.No. 075900934) by the Govt. of India to receive Foreign Contributions.vide lr. No..II/21022/67 (188)/2003-FCRA III dt. 10.09.2003 .
