The events at Karur and nearby Nerur (the Samadhi place of Sri Sadashiva Brahmendra) has been added to the Vijay Yatra website. The importance and significance of this visit is crystallized in the following quote from the Anugraha Bhashanam of the Jagadguru.

“Sri Sadasiva Brahmendra is a perfect example of a Mahayogi and a Maha Vedantin. He led his life in such a way that it was astonishing that such an ideal could be seen even in this Kali Yuga. Traditionally, the Acharyas of the Sringeri Sharada Peetham offer prostrations only at the Adhishtanams (Samadhi Shrines) of their Gurus. They do not offer prostrations at other Adhishtanams. However, our Parameshti Guru, Jagadguru Sri Sri Sacchidananda Shivabhinava Narasimha Bharati Mahaswamiji created an exception to this rule at the Adhishtanam of Sri Sadashiva Brahmendra.”
